We’re thrilled to announce the official launch of Easter Along the River, the debut children’s and young adult’s book by author and cultural storyteller Yowome Williams, happening at this year’s Pa Gya! Literary Festival in Accra, Ghana.

Easter Along the River follows the adventures of four siblings as they journey to Ghana’s Volta Region to celebrate the River Crossing Festival — a story that weaves together heritage, community, and identity. This book celebrates the beauty of authentic African storytelling, bringing to life the history, geography, and culture of the Eʋe people of Ghana in a way that inspires both children and adults.
